Challenge
Communications provider in need of high-touch remote hands
More than 20 years ago, USEI approached Semaphore to provide support for its international satellite communications business. Brewster, WA-based USEI requires connectivity to a wide array of communications stations in geographically remote locations, and asked us to help them manage their diverse, always-changing needs. The company needed a high-touch, customer service-oriented partner to ensure they were able to provide their customers with quality service, and ultimately be an extension of their business in Seattle’s Westin Building.
Solution
Two-plus decades of colocation and bandwidth support
20 years later, Semaphore is still working as a trusted partner for USEI, providing remote hands services to install new or move existing meet-me room (MMR) cross-connects for a truly large number of providers. In fact, we’re providing virtually instant service, and delivering the organization’s primary bandwidth alongside our colocation services. We are proud to support USEI and its network of clients, and just as we sing the praises of their organization and the high-quality services they provide to their clients, they have told us that “no one does remote hands better than Semaphore.”
